ACCESS

  • How do I access the classes?

    Click on Login at the top right. Enter your username and password and you will have direct access to all your courses.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    In the case of On Demand courses, access is for one year. After this period you can opt for a renewal, if you wish. In the case of LIVE courses, you will connect via Zoom to the live class and then you will be able to download the recipe book. The recording will be available for 7 days after the agreed date of the live class.

  • Is there a time frame in which I must complete my courses?

    In the case of LIVE classes you will have to connect via Zoom from your preferred device, and you will be able to watch the recording of the class live for 5 days after it is broadcasted. In the case of On Demand courses, there is no time lapse!

  • Do I need to have previous knowledge of cooking?

    No previous experience or knowledge is necessary, everyone is welcome!

  • How can I contact CRUDO?

    You can send an email to [email protected] and we will contact you as soon as possible.

PAYMENTS

  • Is the course fee per month or is it a one-time payment?

    It is a one-time payment.

  • Can I return the course if I don't like it?

    You can return the course as long as no more than 72 hours have passed since the purchase and you have not taken totally or partially some of the contents of Estudio Crudo. Only in that case we will refund the amount of your purchase. The means by which the refund will be made will be agreed with the buyer, depending on their geographical location and method of payment.

  • Can I only pay by credit card?

    The ideal way is to pay by credit card so that you can access at the moment. But if you don't have a credit card or prefer not to use it, you can write us at [email protected] and we will give you the information to make a deposit. We want you to feel comfortable and safe!

  • Which browsers are supported by CRUDO?

    We support the following browsers: Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Safari Microsoft Edge

  • What are the system requirements?

    CRUDO requires an internet speed higher than 5 Mbps Our site is most compatible with current versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari web browsers. We recommend that students have the latest version of their preferred web browser installed to use our site. In the case of live classes, you must have Zoom installed on your preferred device in order to take the course.

  • How do I access the classes?

    Click on Login at the top right. Enter your username and password and you will have direct access to all your courses.

  • How do I edit my profile?

    Click on the person icon at the top right and click on my account in the drop-down menu. There you will be able to view your profile, edit your data and avatar.

  • How do I change my password?

    In My Account, in the password section you can choose a new class.

CLASSES

  • How do I access the classes?

    Click on Login at the top right. Enter your username and password and you will have direct access to all your courses.

  • How do I view a class?

    Once you have registered for classes and logged in with your username and password at CRUDO you will be able to access your assigned classes by logging in.

  • Is there a program?

    Yes, each course has its own program, you can see it if you have the course assigned or not.

  • Can I download the contents?

    You can download only the PDF files, not the videos.

DISADVANTAGES

  • I made the payment and I still don't see it on my dashboard.

    If you paid with Mercado Pago, the course is automatically assigned to the email with which you made the payment in Mercado Pago. If the Mercado Pago email does not match your CRUDO email, please send us an email to [email protected] to make the reassignment. If you made the payment with Paypal and you have a problem do not hesitate to send us an email to [email protected].

  • I can't remember my password

    You can retrieve your password by clicking "forgot password" below the login, or you can login with Facebook or Google.

  • I was unable to attend the LIVE class

    If you were unable to attend the LIVE class, you can watch the recording which will be available for 5 days after the class is given.
